Just to let you know the Memory Games are back up as well as WordSearch and Majhong. These puzzles can all be played on your iPad, Kindle and Smart phone as well as your regular desk computer or laptop.
I keep trying to find a way to get the jigsaw puzzles back up – but so far no luck. I find a few new scripts but nothing I like well enough to struggle through learning how to get them on the site.
If you have a smart phone I did find a very fun (and free) puzzle app called Jigsaw Bug. What is kind of cool about Jigsaw Bug is that you can have the puzzle pieces in a tray to the side which makes it much easier to find the pieces. Online I guess the free site I like best is JigZone.
Andre, Pudge and Buddy are all doing great. During the week I have been taking Andre and Pudge on a long walk which they of course love. On the weekends we are all much more lazy and stay home or go for a car ride. Buddy is back on yard patrol – keeping squirrels, other cats and anything else he considers obtrusive off of his home space. He wants to stay out nights but not letting him out anymore.
Saturday Jon and I went to visit a chainsaw wood gallery (Pearson Art Gallery) outside of Oregon City. It was not a big place but they had some really nice pieces. Hard to imagine it is done with chainsaws. I should have taken more pictures but it was rather cold and windy so I didn’t. This picture of the Sasquatch was good. I hope to go back sometime and get more pictures. Maybe even get a bit of video of a piece of wood being worked on. Inside they had much smaller pieces and I bought one for $30 which will be loved for a long time I’m thinking! The bigger outside pieces were over a $1000. Jon really liked a wood waterfall that was over ten feet high. It wasn’t hooked up – would have loved to see it working. If you do plan to go there – be warned that they don’t take credit or debit cards.
If you do go to the Memory games puzzle page so far I only have the first four linking back to the home page. Will work on that a bit now and some tomorrow. Right now they go to the old site that doesn’t work. Sigh.
We are getting much needed rain. Thankful we are not getting the storms that are happening in Texas and other areas. Really scary how this global warming is making storms so much more intense. Rather frightening.
